The Merchant of Record for paid plans and credit packs is Dodo Payments; payment collection, invoicing, tax calculation and refund disbursement are handled by Dodo Payments, and Dodo Payments appears on your card statement.
How a request is handled:
- You send your refund, cancellation or invoice request to info@xvirals.com.
- We review the request and, if it qualifies, initiate the refund through Dodo Payments.
- The repayment is delivered to the card used for the payment by Dodo Payments.

5. Dispute Resolution
The relationship concerning the service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, depending on the monetary thresholds, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of your place of residence or of the place of purchase has jurisdiction. For non-consumer disputes, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction. This provision matches article 11 of the Terms of Use.
