Terms of Use

1. Parties and Service Provider

This agreement governs the relationship between the service provider identified below ("Xvirals", "we") and the natural or legal person using the service ("User", "you").

2. Description of the Service

Xvirals is an AI-assisted content creation tool for the X (Twitter) platform. The service produces drafts and suggestions; the decision to publish, and the responsibility for what is published, rests with the user. Xvirals never posts to X: the product has no send feature and makes no call to X's write API. The user copies the generated text and, if they choose, shares it themselves from X's own interface.

Xvirals also:

  • Does not connect to your X account: no OAuth authorisation is requested and no access token is stored; it only reads public posts.
  • Does not post through the browser extension either: it types the chosen text into X's own composer; the send action happens in X's interface, on the user's click.
  • Never auto-likes, auto-follows or auto-retweets on the user's behalf.
  • Does not provide fake accounts, bot networks, engagement buying or engagement exchange.
  • Does not impersonate anyone; public accounts added as style references only blend writing style, and no content is created on their behalf.
  • Is not a bulk-messaging, bulk-DM or lead-scraping tool; research mode reads publicly available sources only.

3. Creating an Account

  • You must be over 18 years old.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.
  • Keeping your account secure is your responsibility; do not share your password.

4. Merchant of Record, Billing and Plan Limits

The Merchant of Record for paid plans and credit packs is Dodo Payments; payment collection, invoicing, tax calculation and refund disbursement are handled by Dodo Payments, and Dodo Payments appears on your card statement.

  • Paid plans and credit packs are collected through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. The invoice for an order is issued by Dodo Payments; your card details are never transmitted to Xvirals at any stage.
  • All advertised amounts are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated by the Merchant of Record and the final amount you will pay is shown at checkout, taxes included. There is no setup fee and no undisclosed line item.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel before any renewal.
  • Plan changes take effect in the following billing period.
  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Every operation — generation, agent runs and research — is deducted from this single balance; the amount deducted depends on the operation type and the selected length. Purchased credit packs (top-ups) are held in a separate balance. When the balance is insufficient the operation is rejected with an "insufficient credits" error; you can continue by topping up or by waiting for the period to renew. Each plan's monthly allowance is shown on the /dashboard/billing page.
  • Credit validity: A plan's monthly credit allowance is valid only for the billing period it belongs to; it is set again each time the subscription renews, and any unused portion does not carry over to the next period. Credit packs, trial credits and gift/referral credits are valid for 30 (thirty) days from the moment they are added to your account; expired credits can no longer be used, are not refunded and cannot be converted to cash. When credits are spent, those expiring soonest are used first.
  • Credit packs are one-off purchases and require no subscription. Credits have no monetary value: they cannot be converted to cash, paid out to a bank account, or transferred to another user.

5. Right of Withdrawal, Refunds and Cancellation

Under article 15/g of Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection, digital content subscriptions fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Subscription and credit pack payments are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases you can write to our support address; requests are reviewed individually and refunds we agree to are issued through our payment provider — this is not a refund commitment. This rule applies to payments made on or after 20 October 2026; earlier payments are covered by the terms published on the date of payment.

6. Prohibited Use

Producing or distributing the following through Xvirals is prohibited:

  • Illegal content (glorification of terrorism, child abuse, copyright infringement).
  • Spam, manipulative campaigns, false identity, or operating impersonation accounts.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, personal attacks.
  • Using Xvirals output in automated publishing setups that violate X's own terms of service.
  • Operating fake account networks, buying or exchanging engagement, or running bulk message/DM campaigns. The product provides none of these functions, and combining it with other tools to achieve them is likewise prohibited.

The following uses aimed at the service itself are also prohibited:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or extract Xvirals' software, AI instructions (prompts), generation pipeline, or scoring and filtering methods, including inputs designed to make the model reveal its instructions (prompt injection).
  • Accessing the service through bots, scripts, browser automation or AI agents; bulk scraping of content, outputs or data; or attempting to circumvent rate limits and usage quotas.
  • Using outputs, responses or information obtained from the service to build or train a competing product or model.
  • Attempting to bypass or probe security measures, authentication or access restrictions without our written permission.

In case of a violation your account may be suspended or closed without notice.

7. Ownership of Generated Content

You own the copyright in the content generated for you. Xvirals may use generated content anonymously for internal quality improvement, but does not supply it to third parties for AI model training.

8. Warranty

Xvirals is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, tone or viral performance of generated content. Outages at third-party services (OpenRouter, GetXAPI, TwitterAPI.io, Supabase, Vercel, Dodo Payments) may affect the availability of Xvirals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xvirals' total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Xvirals in the 3 months preceding the date the issue arose.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Xvirals may terminate an account that violates these terms without notice.
  • Unpaid fees remain collectible after termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. For consumer disputes, the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee has jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified to your account email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
